Stern Oil sealing device

This product is rudder stock sealing apparatus .It is compact  in structure and easy to be maintained .It is suitable for the sealing between the rudder stock and hull. 

It is approved by CCS ,ABS ,BV ,GL ,etc .  We can offer the certificate according to customer's  request .

Dia. range of stern shaft: 50-1150mm

Dia. of wearproof liner of stern shafts: 70-1250mm

Lubrication oil working pressure: 1-2bar

Lubrication oil working temperature: -25°c~+110°c

Line speed of stern shaft wearproof liner: ≤7m/sec

Average leakage: 5~30ml/h

Application:

It can be applied to kinds of vessels whose working medium is oil.

Usage and Advantage:
1. Oil seal mainly used in sealing the lubricant. It's normally fixed to the load, especially the rotary bearing in order to isolate the oil cylinder from outside.
2. Oil seal can both seal inside oil and resist outside dust.
3. Most of the metal case of oil seal have a grinded outside diameter. For some large thermal expansion housing especially for aluminum and magnesium, the outside diameter is covered in rubber.
